Is this a game of challenge?
No. This is a skill-based competition. The winner is selected by a jury from DartCounter and Target Darts based on skill, creativity, originality and execution.
Who can participate?
The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older, in countries where participation is legally permitted. Participation is free of charge. No purchase is necessary. Employees of DartCounter and Target Darts, and their immediate family or household members, are excluded.
When does the competition end?
There’s no random draw, no purchase required. The best skill entry wins. Your best darts deserve to be seen.
Entries close on 31 March 2026 at 23:59 CET. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
How do I enter?
To enter, you must:
- Perform a darts throw (e.g. 180, high finish or trickshot)
- Record it using the Action Replays feature in the DartCounter app
- Share the video publicly on Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, X or Youtube.
- Include #ActionReplays
- Tag @DartCounter and @TargetDarts
Your post must be publicly visible at the time of judging.
Can I submit more than one entry?
Yes. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each submission complies with the entry requirements.
Prize
One winner will receive a Target OMNI Autoscoring system. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Shipping is included. Any local taxes, custom duties or import charges outside the EU are the responsibility of the winner.
How will I know if I’ve won?
The winner will be contacted via direct message within seven (7) days after the closing date. Make sure we can contact you with a private message through your social media profile. Please beware of fake accounts, the winner will only be contacted via the official DartCounter account. Always check the username before responding.
If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, DartCounter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Promotion terms: Action Replays Challenge
1. Scope and applicability
The Promotion Terms apply to the promotional campaign titled: Action Replays Challenge (the ‘promotion’). The Promotion terms apply in addition to the general Terms of Service of DartCounter B.V. In the event of any conflict, these Promotion Terms shall prevail with respect to the Promotion.
2. Organiser and partner roles
The Promotion is organised, operated and administered exclusively by DartCounter B.V., a company established in the Netherlands. (called: DartCounter, we, us, the organiser.)
Target Sports Ltd. participates solely as:
- Promotional partners;
- Sponsor and provider of the prize; and
- Member of the judging panel.
For the avoidance of doubt, Target Darts is not a administrator of the promotion and does not assume responsibility for the organisation, execution, compliance, data processing (except where necessary for prize fulfillment), or dispute handling of the Promotion. DartCounter remains the sole organiser and contracting party towards participants.
3. Nature of the Promotion
The Promotion is skill-based competition. Post a DartCounter Action Replay on Social media with a hashtag. Entries are assessed based on creativity, skill and originality. The Promotion does not constitute a game of chance within the meaning of the Dutch Gambling Act (wet kansspelen, Stb. 1964, 483).
4. Eligibility
1. Participation is open to individuals aged 18+ years or older except where prohibited by law.
2. Participation is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.
3. Employees of DartCounter and Target Darts, and their immediate family or household members, are excluded.
4. Open to residents of countries where such promotions are legally permitted and do not require local registration. Participants are responsible for ensuring that participation is lawful in their country of residence.
5. Promotion period
The Promotion starts on the date it is first announced via DartCounter’s official channels and ends on 31 March 2026 at 23:59 CET.
6. How to enter
To enter the Promotion, participants must:
- Perform a darts throw (e.g. a 180, high finish or trickshot).
- Capture the throw using the Action Replays feature in the DartCounter app
- Share the resulting video publicly on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X or YouTube. Including:
- The hashtag #ActionReplays and
- a tag of @DartCounter and @Targetdarts
Each entry must be original and created by the participant.
7. Entry requirements and disqualification
Entries must not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful, misleading, offensive or unsafe content. DartCounter reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Promotion Terms or that undermine the integrity or reputation of the promotion.
8. Prize
- One winner will receive one OMNI Autoscoring System, with an approximate retail value of £499,95/€599,99
- The prize is sponsored and provided by Target Darts.
- The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- Shipping is included. Any local taxes, import duties or custom charges outside the European Union are the responsibility of the winner.
- Target Darts send the prize out within 30 days. Therefore we will require the winners their name, delivery address, email and phone number.
9. Winner selection
- The winner will be selected by a jury consisting of representatives of DartCounter and Target Darts.
- Entries are judged on creativity, skill and originality.
- The jury’s decision is final and binding.
10. Winner announcement
The winner will be contacted within seven (7) days after the closing date via direct message and announced via DartCounter’s official channels. It is important that the channel is accessible and that DartCounter can send a message to the winner. If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, DartCounter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
11. Use of submitted content
By entering the Promotion, participants grant DartCounter and Target Darts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and publish the submitted video for marketing and promotional purposes across all media channels. Participants retain ownership of their content.
12. Data protection
Personal data will be processed by DartCounter in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and DartCounter’s Privacy Policy. Data will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion and prize fulfilment. For this purpose, DartCounter will require from the selected winner their name, delivery address, email address and telephone number.
These details may be shared with Target Darts and with the carrier/shipping provider solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment and delivery. Personal data will not be used for any other purpose and will not be shared with other third parties. Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the Promotion and comply with legal or administrative obligations.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DartCounter and Target Darts shall not be liable for technical failures, lost entries or any damage arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
14. Platform disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform.
15. Amendments
DartCounter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion where reasonably necessary to ensure fairness or legal compliance.
16. Content rights
By participating in the Promotion, participants grant DartCounter and Target Darts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to repost, use and publish their submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Promotion, across digital and social media channels. Participants retain ownership of their content.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Promotion Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
