Data deletion instructions

DartCounter users can request the deletion of their personal data at any time.
Option 1: In the app
Go to:
Settings → Account → Delete Account
Follow the steps to permanently delete your account and associated data.
Option 2: Email request
Send an email to:
support@dartcounter.net
Include:
- Your account email address
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Additional information to verify that you are the owner of the account.
We will process your request after verifying your identity.
Option 3: Facebook Login users
If you signed up via Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook settings
- Navigate to Apps and Websites
- Select DartCounter
- Remove access
You can also request full deletion by emailing us as per option 2.
What happens after deletion
- Your personal data will be removed from our active systems
- Some data may be retained where legally required (e.g. fraud prevention, legal compliance)
