What is DartCounter?
DartCounter is a darts scoring app that helps you play matches, track your scores, practise and follow your statistics.
Is DartCounter free to use?
Yes, DartCounter can be used for free. The free version includes core darts scoring features, while DartCounter Ultimate unlocks more online play, statistics, game modes and training features.
Do I need an account to use DartCounter?
You can use DartCounter without an account for basic scoring, but an account is recommended if you want to save games, track statistics or play online. Games can be saved to player accounts when users are logged in.
On which devices can I use DartCounter?
DartCounter can be used on supported iOS and Android devices through the App Store and Google Play Store. You can also use DartCounter directly in your browser without downloading the app.
App & gameplay
Which darts games can I play in DartCounter?
DartCounter supports popular darts games and training modes, including classic 501, Cricket, Bob’s 27, 121 Checkout, Around the Clock, Halve-It, Doubles training, Shanghai, Singles training and Score training. Some modes may require DartCounter Ultimate.
Can I play online against friends?
Yes, DartCounter lets you play online against friends and other players around the world. Unlimited online play is available with DartCounter Ultimate.
Can I use DartCounter for practise and training?
Yes, DartCounter includes practise and training modes that help you work on scoring, checkouts, doubles and overall consistency. DartCounter Ultimate gives access to smarter training options and more detailed statistics.
Does DartCounter track my statistics?
Yes, DartCounter tracks your darts statistics so you can monitor your performance over time. This can include insights such as your averages, checkout percentage, doubles percentage and match history.
Can I play against a computer opponent?
Yes, you can play against our own Dartbot. This is useful when you want to play a darts match without an online opponent.
Account
How do I create an account?
You can create an account in the DartCounter app by registering with your email address or logging in with your Google, Apple or Facebook account. An account helps you save games, track statistics and use account-based features.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the password reset option on the DartCounter login screen. Follow the instructions to reset your password and regain access to your account.
Can I change my profile details?
You can manage available profile details in your DartCounter account settings. For details that cannot be changed in the app, you can contact DartCounter support at: support@dartcounter.net.
How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly in the DartCounter app through your account settings. For personal data deletion or other privacy-related requests, you can contact DartCounter support at: support@dartcounter.net.
DartCounter Ultimate
What is DartCounter Ultimate?
DartCounter Ultimate is the premium version of DartCounter. It unlocks more online play, advanced statistics, smarter training modes and extra features for players who want to improve their darts game. Learn more about DartCounter Ultimate.
What features are included in Ultimate?
DartCounter Ultimate includes unlimited online play, advanced statistics, smarter training modes, additional game modes, extra Action Replay options and MasterCaller name callouts, where your name can be announced during matches.
How do I upgrade to Ultimate?
You can upgrade to DartCounter Ultimate through the app or directly on the DartCounter website. Choose the plan that fits you and follow the payment steps.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription through the platform where you purchased it, such as the App Store or Google Play. If you became an Ultimate member through the DartCounter website, you can cancel your subscription in your account settings in the app.
DartCounter Ranked
What is Ranked in DartCounter
Ranked is DartCounter's competitive online game mode. Play against other players, improve your rating and climb through the ranks as you compete throughout the season.
How do I get a rank in Ranked?
Before receiving your first rank, you need to complete 10 placement games. Your results during these matches determine your starting rank. Once your placement matches are complete, you can continue playing Ranked matches and work your way up.
What ranks are there in DartCounter Ranked?
Ranked features six divisions: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each division is split into three tiers, giving you different levels to progress through as you climb the Ranked ladder. However there is only 1 Diamon division.
Do I need DartCounter Ultimate to play Ranked?
Yes. A camera is required when playing Ranked. This allows both players to see each other's dartboard during the match and helps create a fair and competitive playing environment.
How do promotions work in Ranked?
Your Ranked results affect your rating and determine your progress. By performing well, you can move through the tiers and earn promotion to higher divisions.
When you enter a new division, you need to complete 10 matches in that division before becoming eligible for its division reward.
How do Ranked rewards work?
Each Ranked division has its own badge, while the individual tiers within a division have their own trophies. As you progress through Ranked, you can unlock rewards that represent the highest levels you have reached.
After being promoted to new division, you need to play 10 matches in that division before unlocking its division reward.
How long does a Ranked season last?
Ranked is played in seasons, giving you a set period to compete and climb the ladder. Season length, dates and other season-specific information may vary, so be sure to check the latest Ranked season information.

The app is not working correctly. What should I do?

My statistics are not showing. What can I do?

I have a payment issue. Who should I contact?
First, check the platform where you purchased your subscription, such as the App Store or Google Play. If the payment issue is not solved there, contact DartCounter support through the contact form in the app.
Privacy & data
What data does DartCounter store?
DartCounter may process account, gameplay, subscription, support and usage data to provide and improve its services. The privacy policy also describes automatically collected data such as device information, app activity, diagnostics and usage data. Learn more about our privacy policy.
