Promotional Terms
1. Scope and applicability
The Promotion Terms apply in addition to the general Terms of Service of DartCounter B.V. In the event of any conflict, these Promotion Terms shall prevail with respect to the promotion.
2. Organiser and partner roles
The promotion is organised, operated and administered exclusively by DartCounter B.V. established in the Netherlands. (noted as DartCounter, we, us, the organiser). Target Sport Ltd. participates solely as a promotional partner.
3. Eligibility
1. Participation is open to individuals aged 18+ years or older, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
2. Participation is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.
3. Employees of DartCounter and Target Darts, and their immediate family or household members are excluded.
4. Entry requirements and disqualification
Entries must not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful, misleading, offensive or unsafe content. DartCounter reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Promotional Terms or that undermine the integrity of reputation of the promotion.
5. Prize
1. The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
2. Shipping is included. Any local taxes, import duties or custom charges outside the European Union are the responsibility of the winner.
3. DartCounter sent the prize out within 30 days. Therefore we will require the winners name, delivery address, email and phone number.
6. Winner announcement
The winner will be contacted within seven (7) days after the closing date via direct message. It is important that the profile is accessible and that DartCounter can send a message to the winner. If the selected winner does not respond within (7) days, DartCounter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Data protection
Personal data will be processed by DartCounter in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2026/678 (GDPR), and DartCounter’s Privacy Policy. Data will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion and prize fulfilment. For this purpose, DartCounter will require from the selected winner their name, delivery address, email address and telephone number. Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the Promotion and comply with legal or administrative obligations.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DartCounter and Target Darts shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or defect arising from participation in the Promotion or from the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
9. Platform disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, TIktok or any other social media platform.
10. Amendments
DartCounter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion where reasonably necessary to ensure fairness or legal compliance.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Promotion Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
Giveaway: Luke Littler G1 World Champion SP
1. Scope and applicability
The promotion Terms apply to the giveaway of the “Luke Littler’s World Champion darts” retail value £149,95/€174,95.
2. Promotion period
Participation starts on the date it was first announced via DartCounter’s official channels and ends on February 13 2026 12:00 pm CET.
3. How to enter
To enter the promotion, participants must:
- Like the promotional post
- Follow @DartCounter and @TargetDarts
- Comment on the post
Sharing the promotion is optional and does not increase the chances of winning.
4. Nature of the Promotion
The Promotion is a free giveaway and does not constitute a skill-based competition. No purchase is required to participate. Participation is obtained by liking the promotional content, following the social media accounts @DartCounter and @TargetDarts on the relevant platform, and posting a comment on the promotional post. Sharing the promotional content is optional and does not affect the chances of winning. One or more winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
5. Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period. The selection will not be based on skill or any qualitative criteria. The outcome of the draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prize
