What’s New & What’s Fixed:  DartCounter v9.2.0 update

1 April 2026

Highlights

Show off your badge

You can now customize your profile with badges. Pick one from your collection to display and let others know what you’ve earned!

Right now, the DartCounter Ultimate badge is available, but not for long alone. This weekend, during the 2026 Golden Easter Egg challenge, you’ll get your first chance to unlock a special new badge. Don’t miss it… it’s a one-time opportunity.

And this is just the beginning, more badges and new ways to earn them are coming your way soon.

Clear turns, smoother flow

Playing with more than two players? We’ve introduced a new way to highlight whose turn it is, making multi-player matches easier to follow. It’s also the first step toward supporting even more players in the future!

Fixes & Tweaks

Camera & Smart devices

  • Fixed an issue where spectators could lose sight of the board cam in Virt games when a player hid their player cam. Now the board stays visible, so viewers can keep up with every dart.

Tournaments

  • Reset your stats? No problem. If you’ve already completed your first 10 games in the past, you can jump straight back into tournaments without grinding through them all over again. Been there, thrown that.
  • Kicking already did the job, but sometimes you need a stronger move. You can now ban players from a tournament, keeping them out of that specific tournament for good, no sneaking back in mid-way.
  • Managing your tournament just got smoother. You can now approve or decline player sign-ups during the check-in period, keeping everything in your hands before the games begin.
  • You can now pause a tournament game up to three times in a row. Every 10 minutes, a pause token refills, giving you the flexibility to handle interruptions without throwing off the match.

UI & UX

  • Fixed an issue where the navigation menu didn’t play nice with light mode. Everything should now be crisp, clear, and easy on the eyes.
  • We’ve tuned the game layouts for smaller devices. Games like Cricket and Tactics are now easier to play, with layouts that make better use of every bit of screen space.
  • We’ve given the Head-to-Head screen a fresh new coat of paint, bringing it in line with the rest of DartCounter for a more consistent and polished look.
  • Fixed an issue where the “server is down” screen could appear even when everything was up and running. Panic over nothing? Not anymore.
