Highlights

Local Tournaments

Running a darts night just got a whole lot easier. Local Tournaments let you organise, manage, and play tournaments across multiple boards without the usual hassle. Players can join by scanning a QR code or entering a match code, play on any available device, and have their results submitted automatically. If they're linked to a DartCounter account, their matches are also added to their statistics. Less time organising, more time throwing. 

Cricket: No Score Mode

A fresh way to play Cricket. We've added a No Score option for both Local and Online games, where points don't matter, simply be the first player to close all the numbers to claim the win. 

Around the Clock: Any Bull

No need to aim for a specific bull anymore. Around the Clock now supports an Any Bull setting, allowing you to finish the bull round with either the Single Bull or the Bullseye. 

Mirror Match DartBot

Ever wondered how you'd perform against yourself? The Custom DartBot now includes a use my stats option. Choose how many of your previous games it should use to build its averages, then see if you can defeat yourself. 

Detailed Match Scores

Take a deeper dive into your performance. Match statistics now include every score you've ever thrown, letting you explore your scoring history by date and use the familiar filters to track your progress over time. 

Online Game Layouts

More ways to play, your way. Just like Local Games, Online Games now support multiple layouts. If your device supports it, you can choose from up to four different layouts to suit your playing style.

Android Enhanced Camera (Beta)

Some Android devices were affected by lower camera quality than others. To address this, we've introduced a new Enhanced Camera option, currently available in beta for Android users. It uses a new streaming method designed to deliver noticeably better image quality, especially when using the zoom feature. 

Fixes & Tweaks

Gameplay

  • You can now edit your latest Around the Clock entry with Omni, even when that entry would normally end the game
  • Added a Rematch option to every Local Game, so you can jump straight into another match with the same settings. 
  • In Halve It with Omni, hitting the required exact total now plays the correct success sound instead of the miss sound. 

DartBot

  • Added DartBot settings to the Vs DartBot dialog, making it easier to see and adjust the available settings before starting a match.
  • DartBot can now take part in Coin Toss, Throw for the Bull and Spin the Wheel to determine who starts the game. 

Statistics

  • Your latest match will now appear correctly in your Statistics overview.
  • Match statistics containing sets and legs are now automatically expanded, making it quicker to view detailed results. 
  • You can now share the end results of all Local Games, not just Matches. 
  • Fixed an issue where non ultimate tier statistics were incorrectly limited to a single game for non ultimate users. Your available stats now cover all your games. 
  • The 3-Dart Average and First 9 Average shown in the match graph are now calculated using a weighted average, providing a more accurate overall average across the entire match.

Live Games & Lobbies

  • Your friends are now shown at the top of the Live Games list, making them easier to find. 

Camera & Smart devices

  • The Virt Camera no longer inherits the zoom setting from the regular Camera. Virt Camera now opens without applying any zoom. 

Tournaments

  • Tournament hosts can now select Other as the reason when disqualifying a player. 
  • Reports submitted by players who are not participating in a tournament will no longer appear in the tournament host's activity log. 

UI & UX

  • Fixed an issue where the MasterCaller dialog would not scroll properly on phones in landscape mode. 
  • If a Local Game fails to save, you'll now see a clear error message with the option to retry saving the game. 
  • The filters in the Global Lobby and Live Games are now sticky, so your selected filters are remembered while you browse.
