Addressing the instability over the Holidays

Hey everyone just a quick update from us,

Over the past few days, many of you noticed instability, slow performance, or the app being temporarily unavailable. This definitely didn’t go unnoticed.

We’ve been working behind the scenes and have deployed several improvements to get things running smoothly again. While it took a bit longer than we hoped, a major update went live yesterday around 6pm CET (which caused the short downtime). Since then things have been looking much more stable, and we’ll continue to monitor closely.

So what’s next?

Over the coming weeks, our main focus will be stability and bug fixes. Because yesterday’s update was quite a big change, we had to temporarily:

  • Disable resetting statistics
  • Disable deleting individual matches

Some of you also noticed that 180s are no longer updating. This is related to the recent update. Don’t worry though your data is not lost. All scores are still being tracked and will be added to your account later. Once we’re confident everything works correctly again, we’ll re-enable match deletion and stat resets. Thanks a lot for your patience and for sticking with us, we really appreciate it
