Darts Singles Training rules

Singles Training is all about control and board coverage. The goal is simple: score as many points as you can by hitting the number shown for that round.
How to play Singles Training?
Each round focuses on one number. You throw three darts, aiming only for that number. When you miss all three no points are scored for that round and you move to the next target for the next. Hit trebles with all three darts? That’s 9 points in one turn. The maximum possible score for one turn. Singles Training is a solid way to sharpen your accuracy and track real all-round board dominance.
Scoring isn’t about the value of the segment. Points are awarded based on the number of hits on the target in that round.
- Single scores 1 point
- Double scores 2 points
- Treble scores 3 points
Singles Training levels
The total score gives a good indication of your current level, especially when it comes to consistency. The points reflect how often and how precisely you hit the correct segment. Higher scores mean better accuracy and control over the whole board. Because every number is scored equally, Singles Training darts measures pure precision, making it ideal for tracking progress over time. Each session consists of 63 darts. Your total score determines your level:

Difference between Singles Training and Around the Clock
Singles Training is all about pure darts accuracy. Every number is worth the same. You always move on to the next number, and in each round you throw three darts at one target to score as many points as possible. Singles hits score 1 point, doubles 2, and trebles 3. That makes it ideal for tracking progress and building all-round board control.
Around the Clock works differently. You don’t move on until you’ve hit the target, no matter how long it takes. It doesn’t matter whether you hit a single, double or treble. One hit is enough. Hit the target with your first dart and you can already move on to the next number within the same turn. This makes Around the Clock more about hit rate and finishing numbers, while Singles Training focuses on repeatable accuracy and measurable scoring across the whole board.
Why practice with Singles Training?
Darts Singles Training strips darts back to what really matters: dart accuracy and control. Because every number is scored equally, a single 1 is exactly the same as a single 20. This makes the training value independent and ideal for measuring pure darts accuracy. Your score reflects consistency, making it a reliable way to track improvement over time.
This darts practice training game challenges you to repeat proper throws and build points across the entire board. Whether you’re working on the basics or sharpening darts consistency at a higher level, Single Training gives you clear feedback, honest scoring and a strong benchmark for true all-round board dominance.
